About Our Facility

• The entire property is monitored and secured for fire and theft by Monotronics Security.
• When we are closed to the public, the gates to our 45 acre property are closed and the property secured.
• Every floor in our entire building (10,000 sq.ft.) is sanitized and disinfected daily with the same veterinary grade products used in animal surgical hospitals to kill bacteria and maintain a fresh and sterile environment.
• Water and food bowls are changed and sanitized daily.
• There are two kennel "wings". Each is divided into two separate rooms. There are four separate heating and air conditioning systems to minimize the spread of airborne viruses. In addition, each of the four systems is equipped with auxiliary ventilation that is controllable to bring in up to 12 complete fresh air changes per hour.
• Dogs not participating in our Daycamp program are walked in a grassy area 4 times per day.
• Medications are given at no extra charge.
• Our "House Food" is Purina Pro Plan, the food of choice for most breeders of high quality dogs. If you feed something else you are welcome to bring it. Often times changing a dog's food will cause digestive problems.
• You are welcome to bring personal items such as toys, bedding and food containers as long as they are permanently marked with your name and weigh no more than 25lbs. in total.
• Dogs being boarded together must be able to eat together without needing to be separated.

Veterinary Service: We have a vet on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. While we have been asked by some veterinarians to allow them to set up a practice at our facility, we choose not to do so. We appreciate greatly that so many vets recommend us to their clients, however, we believe that medical treatment for pets and pet hospitality services are two distinct areas of expertise. Pets that come here to stay are healthy and we do not wish them to be exposed to unhealthy pets coming for medical treatment. If you are looking for a veterinarian, it would be our pleasure to make recommendations based on your needs. Pets owned by our clients are treated by over 200 different veterinarians in the greater Columbus area.
