Susan - August '10 I am very pleased with the That's My Dog seminar you hosted this past weekend. David and I learned a lot. This morning when I woke up I called David to go our side. He came immediately and sat in front of me while I hooked on his leash. I started towards the door but David did not move. I had forgotten to give him the "Let's go" command. When he had finished I ask him to come. Once again he came and sat in front of me. This is pretty amazing considering he is only 5 months old, two days of training and I had not yet put on his remote collar. At the office the remote collar worked wonders. I only had to remind him only once not to jump on people. David was a real gentleman. He is big enough to seek and destroy anything on the book shelves and desk. The remote and "off" command made it clear to him not to touch. The collar has proved to me to be a valuable training tool. Thanks for this opportunity and the great lunches.

Rosemarie - Feb '10 Thanks Valerie It was so nice of you to send the picture of Toby - Thank you very much. He looked great today -so soft! You are such a wonderful and talented groomer and you have such talent. USA is lucky to have you groom their dogs. I will place a call this week for next month's grooming. I do spread the word to all of my friends about your service.

Candy - Mansfield, OH Feb '10 Let me say Valerie did an EXCELLENT job grooming my lil girl! I was very happy w/ the services at your facility. I expect only the best for my fur kids b/c they are the only kids i have (all 7 of them) and sometimes that requires me to travel some distance, for instance i take my ferrets to a vet in Columbus and there only. Now that i see how well my baby girl was taken care of at Kennel Club USA, Valerie will be the only person to groom her from now on out. Again THANX a million and we will be back again soon.
