Cancelation Policy

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
You are welcome to cancel your reservation within the time that is stated in our Cancelation Policy.
You can cancel your reservation through your customer portal. Cancellation fees are as follows:

 

BOARDING RESERVATION:  For a full refund up to 3 days prior to the date of arrival. Within 3 days of arrival you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.

DAYCARE  RESERVATION: For a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Within 24 hours you will be charged.

GROOMING APPOINTMENTS: For a full refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. Within 24 hours you will be charged.

PRIVATE TRAINING LESSONS: For a full refund up to 3 days prior to the date of your appointment. Within 3 days of arrival you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.

GROUP TRAINING LESSONS: For a full refund up to 3 days prior to the date of your appointment. Within 3 days of arrival you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.

BOARD & TRAIN PROGRAMS: For a full refund up to 7 days prior to the arrival date. Within 7 days of arrival you will be charged 50% of your scheduled services.
 

BOARDING CHECKOUT TIME:

Monday - Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm.

Saturday: 9:00am - 12:00pm


You won't be charged a Boarding fee for the checkout day, as long as you honor our checkout time frame. Any checkouts occurring after 12:00pm on any given day will be charged for a day of boarding.

Sunday: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
If you pick up on a Sunday you will be charged the Boarding fee for the day.
