WHAT DAYS ARE GROOMING SERVICES OFFERED?

Our groomers are available Monday through Friday at our Columbus location. We also offer limited grooming services on Saturday for any pet boarding with us. The best way to book your appointment is to schedule a booking request through our website or app.

MY DOG IS MATTED, CAN YOU HELP?

Our groomers strive to provide the best quality care for your dog. If the groomer notices any sort of matting, they will contact you right away to discuss options for your pet. Our goal is to ensure your dog is happy, healthy, and looking their best!

PUPPY? NEVER BEEN GROOMED?

We love grooming puppies! Having your puppy groomed sooner, rather than later, builds positive associations with the service and gives your pup the opportunity to develop a healthy relationship with grooming and being handled. Our goal is to make grooming enjoyable and stress-free for you and your dog!

WILL MY PETS BE KENNELED?

When your pet is dropped off they will be kept in a kennel run in our Grooming Room and brought outside for regular walks to relieve themselves. A staff member is always monitoring them to ensure your pet is stress-free and safe. If your pet does not do well being in a cage, please inform the desk and we can accommodate your pet’s needs!

CAN I STAY AND WATCH MY PET BE GROOMED?

Our goal is to provide your dog with a calm and safe environment during the grooming process. Pets are often excitable when their owners are in the room, for this reason we recommend that you pick your pet up upon the service's completion.  

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

We have anything your pet may need! However, we want our clients and pets to feel comfortable and at home! You are always more than welcome to bring treats, a familiar blanket, or their favorite toy!
